I had posted that my Z was for sale in July and again in August with some specs on the car and the threads have vanished... any way to retrieve them?

a lot of times older threads are not displayed because of your settings - if you go under your personal settings and look around you will find something like thread life or date or something to that affect, and you will see forum default is probably what you are on, and you can change it to whatever you like.

if you search for the thread it should still be there though, unless it got deleted, which it could have. Just look around

just tell the forum to display threads from "the beginning"

at the VERY BOTTOM of the forum... there are "display options"

 

Except my threads, they get locked, deleted and sent to hell
