I guess my strategy worked, because all of this smack talk has finally aroused him enough to respond. If we can work out a refund, I will be fine. NOT HAPPY, but fine. This experience was a complete waste of time and energy.

I am waiting to see if he refunds my money. If he does the trader rating will be neutral. But if he doesn't it will be negative. I am giving him a couple of days. He claims to be away on business, but somehow he miraculously knows when there is smack talk on the forum. Its not very clear. Either you are on the net or not. Tell the truth.

How hard is it to get to a Western Union anyway? There must be at least 30 in Dubai alone. It takes about 5 minutes to accomplish the task.

I am trying to be as amicable and diplomatic as I can with someone who apparently does not have a care in the world about what is right or wrong and apparently feels that stealing money is OK. Still I think I am being very fair about waiting as long as I already have for a refund.
