I have owned a 350z for a whole 2 weeks, so I've been joining all the 350z forums. I'm just trying to help you guys out. I think this forum was good about 4 years ago, just seems too many high schoolers are getting Z's and joining. Nothing wrong with that, just a different demographic.
Most threads I've seen here are like some new member posts a pic, it shows an automatic, and then they get the usual "dude your auto is weak sauce" then a couple more "+1 LOL" posts to go with that. Its just like there is no sharing of information, more bashing. I don't care since I don't post much and don't drive an auto but it just means having to go through more noise to get to real comments/help.

If you feel this way then my suggestion would be to leave the general and OT forums behind and take a look at the technical sections.

By the way, to prevent taking this thread off topic... The mods are fine. There are younger kids here, but some actually contribute to the site. I'm 18, and I don't seem to generate a lot of hate.
And Nitrouz has a point, they're supposed to moderate, not baby sit and scold us for every slip-up we have. That's what Hraes and VO are for.
