I agree, I'm usually not provoked by a e-poser. I'm sure he wouldn't be serious enough to actually be in a BB forum though. So it shouldn't be a problem.

I would never do that as *proof* pics. I'd take the time to put a currect time/date, my name in the pic. But I don't feel the need to prove myself to you. Look at the pic in everyday condition on page 2. That should show enough. I'm out.

But an actual sub forum for the traveling ****ing nismo bears? are you kidding me and computers and entertainment how could all these not be in the off topic? i guess ill just give up just think whoever makes these decisions like nismo bears has a screw loose somewhere.

let's talk supplements.
I just use the gnc whey protein (1 serving before and post workout). Also add megamen sport vitamins.

But talking with some hardcore folks...they take fish oils, and 20 other different pills.
What exactly is necessary for effective muscle growth w/o overdoing it

you can do fine with what your working with a good whey protein. Lots of food. fish oils are good they are fats. but EFA's essential fatty acids which your body need and it helps gain muscle and lose some fat too. Believe it or not your body needs fat to lose fat or it will store it for energy. Def. keep the multi going and just eat right and often buddy thats the best advice for anybody. Supplements are just that they supplement but the diet is the main part good luck. Also if your wanting to get a little more advance in supplement area you could try some epistane its been out for a bit now similar to superdrol not as potent and no sides at all. Its actually been called a anti estrogen of types. But i gained decent strength and a little size off of it. good luck.

hey justin! that's a great pic! i'm impressed!! this is kinda the way i want to achieve..i'm 1/4 there..but i have to lose the body fats!

i know diets and cardio are essential to lose body fats! any advice about losing body fats besides cardio and diets? you know, not by the book type of advice...

Good question, I'll try and make a list of what *I* feel as necessary.

A quality whey protein for supplementing when either convenience is a factor, or when you need rapid protein uptake *i.e. post workout*
-I like designer whey, muscletech nitro tech, EAS

Quality multi vitamin, I use trader joes, and take with breakfast

1,000mg Ester C, also taken with breakfast as well as post workout

EAS Myoplex meal replacement packages, I have one for breakfast and another mid afternoon an hour before I lift, great stuff (buy the big boxes at dpsnutrition.com super prices and after all discounts, I got 100 packs of it for $125, barely over $1 a pack...hard to beat, that's even cheaper than reg food)

I also add a bit of EAS phosphagen creatine in my myoplex shakes as well, it's cheap and effective.
