Why was "Which tires are the best upgrade all things considered? " Closed?!?!

That was probably one of the most informative threads on the tire and wheels forum by far. Why was it closed? I read through the whole thing and there was nothing negative on it.

Ok, I understand that it is in the rules, just WHY is it in the rules (sorry that I didn't read them)? Does it waste bandwidth? I am not arguing, just asking.

Thanks. Sorry for being so lazy.....

I guess some might need over 2 months, but the majority of them need less time than that. Just when that thread was gettin' good, it was closed.
