To me street racing is dangerous. I don't want to promote it and I don't like to hear it.

Should it be banned from the "Racing" forum?

Topics that are relevent like "autoX", "1/4 miles times" are overshadowed by "kills", most of which are BS anyways.

This rule would also take care of the trolls from LS1 boards since they won't be able to post their "kills"

errr... I think that may be crossing the line. we arent the police, not our job to block stories about illegal things.

but of course we dont endorce street racing. but unnescessary rule I think.

ps.. they are only trolling here because so many Z owners talk smack about beating them.. which is doubtfull given fair circumstances

 

perhaps make it a seperate forum for those that dont wish to read/hear about it.

If you are worried about it mudding up the 'racing' section.. just make a Kills forum

 

I dunno, maybe banning the subject is actually a good idea. I mean think about it; probably 99% of the stories are BS anyway.

It's not a morality issue. Street racing hurts, even kills, other people than just the participants on a daily basis and it need not be condoned here.

 

I agree with ares.

A separate section could be a possible alternative but I think the banning of the subject is not necessary

 

everything you do on a daily basis.. hurts even kills people.... people fall down their stairs in their homes and die... people die taking out the trash.. people die driving the speed limit... people die... i think you see where im going with this

so if we arnt going to condone things that kill people we would all be mute

 

Please I doubt you even believed that when you wrote it.

People die in every day life, that is for sure, but to expose someone to a VERY HIGH level of risk that they didn't ask for just because you are an irresponsable little child is something different all together. You go to jail for street racing, not taking out the garbage.

 

new "street racing" subforum created, hopefully this will make more room for autoXing and tracking topics in the racing forum.
