You are right I asked for it I reread the two posts I was talking I stated cleared that it was my bad with the first line and then I said it was not a personal attack at you or the other admins but yet you attacked me. Calling my statements uneducated and biased bull****.

I will not apologize for anything I believe that my statement that I messed up with the first line was apology enough yet YOU choose to attack ME while I was I was not attacking YOU.

3hree5ive0ero- Thanks for trying to resolve these problems and you too have a right to voice your opinion but your opinion tends to be more superior to ours due to the fact that you have well... Unlimited Power.

I believe the main reasons we are having problems getting along is the fact that your opinion holds more power than ours (as it should). But because you can do something about things and we cant, it becomes frustrating that we see no results. I know your working on it but is seems as if nothing is being done (IB's response).

Because you have this power over us, we feel the need to lash out on whoever we are in reach of. Since IB seems like he doesn't exist, mods/admins are the next in line. When i titled this thread i was infuriated with this forums need to make as much money as possible with no regard to whether or not the members cared at all.

And on a final note, when mods/admins decided that they need to flex their power by posting a controversial response and then closing a thread... . I ask kindly to the mods/admins that they exercise sensitivity when closing a thread. These situations lead to members disliking mods/admins and to thread back and fourths like this.

I really appreciate your tone and your respectful manner in which you have posted above with. So let me just start out by saying thanks.

And believe me when I say that my opinion is not "superior" nor do I have "unlimited power" (would be fun though).

I definitely see your point there. I am trying my best to resolve the issue and have even spoken to the IB personnel over the phone regarding other certain issues. I do understand you guys' point of views and frustrations as well. Although it may seem as if nothing is being done, IB is trying to rectify the situation as best as they can. Of course, they're a business and you have to realize that they can't satisfy and/or meet all demands/comments/suggestions, but they are willing to work with us to provide as much as they can. We/they even have a few other things lined up for you guys in the near future.

And, you're right. It does seem as if certain members are just doing it, as admins (well, me since I don't see other admins here ) are the closest to IB and that's why they tend to take their frustrations out on me. It's understandable, especially more so since you pointed it out. However, all I was asking for was to post in a more acceptable (read: respectful) manner.

Again, I'd like to stress that my opinion has no more bearing than yours. If anything, I value your opinions more so than mine. After all, I'm just one person and that's much less than thousands of people's opinions. I want what is best for the forum, the community, and its members. When you guys suggest or comment, we always listen (although there may not always be a reply). It is always discussed among the mods and/or admins. So, please don't think that we overlook your posts.

Lastly, I definitely agree with you (again), with respect to notifying the members as to why certain moderations occurred. It's what we're supposed to be doing anyway. I will remind the moderators again.

Let me be frank and give you some constructive criticism as well:
No offense, but don't you think you're too sensitive to everything that others say? I've noticed you nitpick a lot of what other mods say (well, Kyle, mostly <and he thinks you hate him> and me now). Don't take things online so seriously. I don't ever see others (for the most part) picking apart mods'/admins' responses word by word and then analyzing them. I'd imagine it must be stressful.

When I posted the above, I didn't mean it like "see!?!? NOW STFU!" I meant it as in, "that is great, problem solved! Yay!" I don't consider myself "superior," nor am I trying to be condescending. All I've been saying was, we're working on resolving issues, so please bear with us (problems are getting solved 1 by 1 as you can see). Plus, if I'm working on things to satisfy the members, how am I in any way "superior?" Wouldn't I be "inferior," as I'm doing the work for you, the members, and the forum? The balance of power tips in your favor.

Also seeing how it was pertaining to premier members, I don't see why you feel the need to check up on the status of premier members and their rightful winnings. I did not realize that only premier members could see the results/outcome, if that makes any difference (which I guess was my fault). All I was doing was bumping up his post. "The man" I was referring to was Adrian (which is one person), not THE man (IB corporation).

You don't secretly want to be a mod, do you? Seriously, man, take a deep breath and relax.
