Find the photo you want to use and then use an image editor to resize it to the pixel and file size limitations. Custom avatars are currently reserved for Premier Members.

You have to be a premier member to upload an avatar from yer comp? I want to upload one but there is no option for it.

Or, click on User CP at the top left of the page then "Edit Avatar". Note that you may not be able to upload your own, I have to check but I believe only Premier Members are allowed to load their own.
