Default Mandatory registration questionnaire?

I know it's been brought up a trillion times before but it seems like there's been an abundance of noob fail threads. Is there anyway to add a questionnaire of the rules that you have to get a certain % before you complete your registration? Maybe this will keep a lot of the fail first post threads which lead right into the very defensive and butt-hurt noobs. Just a suggestion. Kind of like a learners permit for forum rules.

will it make money? Then it wont happen IB doesnt care about it unless it effects their income. Notice the 370z/350z photo gallery. Over 200 people have probably complained about the 370z stuff but they dont care.

^lol, delayed sensation there?

More noobs = more hits = more money from ads. Plain and simple.

I thought this thread was going to suggest a basic question sheet to help get rid of spammers.

Example questions:
How many cylinders does a 350z have?
How many liters does a 350z have?
What configuration is the motor?
How many speeds in the manual transmission?
What is the chassis code of the 350z?
How many doors does a 350z have?
Wheres the hatch release button?

gotta make an 80 or better to complete your registration!

Honestly as funny as that sounds, I think it's be a good idea for both noobs and spammers.
