How about starting a 350z of the month...everyone interested submits their pics/mods and people vote..who knows..?? even win some kind of discount from one of our happy sponsors? just an idea

What was all the drama? I think its a great idea. A give away would be nice. I know times are tough for everyone though. Long before I had the Z I had a focus ZX3. On a focus site they had monthly give aways.

I won a set of KW shocks and struts, and another time I won a pair of adjustable cam gears. Those days seem over though.

 

I think it is a great idea. A FX forum that I belong to has one and it is pretty popular. They tend to work better on a car forum than on a lulz forum though.

Maxima.org has it and there were too many peops DISAGREEING with the pic of the month and just ripped on the car owner. I cant imagine what it would be like on here..

i dunno...maybe just me..if the voting were set up and votes were cast by fellow members theres no saying someone cheated...as far as ripping a car owner..wwwweeell... if you cheese your ride or dont have any mods, posting it up against cars that are nicely done, is at your discretion

 

I 100% agree with what's in bold. My question is, are we saying no because it's a bad idea or are we saying no because this site doesn't have the ability to control it's members? Why do people feel that it is acceptable to behave in a manner that you (and I) are worried about? Is it not because we allow them to?

If it is a bad idea then ok, but I think it is because we are letting the inmates run the asylum.

 

Past times we have tried to do this, moderators were accused of rigging the votes, people would argue, it was just not worth it. It has been tried in the past and the same bickering and accusing occur
