Well I guess I can't complain too much, some have waited way longer than me! However, it's seems three months is pretty long considering the piece is pretty much stocked and not manufactured upon ordering.
I ordered my bumper last year(Nov.2011) and i'm still waiting, but i'm gonna cancel my order get my money refund if i don't hear anything from ADAM by this week. i'm so sick of his lying. nothing but it will be there by next week? WTF seriously. he told me that its gonna take about 8weeks or little bit more but it's been like almost 20 weeks. this is getting ridiculous.
I made an order for $ 3,400 in November 2010. After many lies I claimed the money back sepitiembre 2011. Still have not been returned the money.

Does anyone know what Adam does in the hospital? He tells me he is in the hospital, can not solve anything until it comes out.
Truth? lie? Someone broke his legs?
Curiously only the foreigners have serious problems with him
Is it because it is more difficult to claim?

Dang, what's going on with Z1 Auto lately with all these issues?
I've dealt with Adam and Kwame a few times from buying TK ***** to Endless pads, and never had any issues. Endless pads took about 4 months arrived, but that's about it.
But after reading this thread, I'm having a second thought when ordering from them again.

his close friend in is the hospital, he will answer your EMAIL pretty fast (goes directly to his phone)
you guys must be doing something wrong because he has never dodged my calls/PM/email and hes spent multiple hours on the phone with me about different stuff.

If I have personal problems my clients need not know, I am a serious professional, otherwise, I would lose my customers and my business.
First was the death of a relative, later the illness of a friend, the following will be his dog flu. I do not want to know so much of his life, I want my money.
I called my bank and told them about the fake "refund" email he sent me through google checkout (I will never use google checkout again). They had me explain my story and forward them the "refund" emails. They said he had until the time referenced on the "refund" before they would actually refund my money and investigate further if needed. I told Z1 about this, about a week later my real refund went through.
One order I had waited over a year for. The other order had the parts in stock but no order was ever sent for them, had been waiting about 2 months for that order.
On a positive note, he always answered my email promptly. GL guys.

i am also waiting on parts from adam but im not freaking out about it. i know they are coming from japan and it takes time which im at about 3 months now and i trust that i will get my parts soon.
I called adam on saturday just trying to check in to see if they were open and it went to voice mail, but i didnt leave a message. He still called me back about 10 mins later to give me an update on my parts.
i have nothing but respect for adam and how good he has been for this community. Stuff happens in life, when someones in the hospital that you care for your mind kinda wanders off of work, im sure we have all been there. i went through this last december and it was really hard to keep coming to work.

Few, and expensive.
I purchased my bumper on November 18, 2011 and I didn't get an invoice from Adam so I called him and ask for it and he sent it after couple days

Didn’t forget you, I sent an email yesterday and today, and called both days too but there was no answer. I know they are in process of building or setting up a new location, but still, they should at least be giving me an answer. I sent an email to everyone I know who works there today asking for some sort of update as to shipping status to you. They should have the air shipment in their hands by now at least based on the last email I got from them. I’ll keep trying and I will get this taken care of, I want you to have the bumper as badly as you do

"Adam,
Im sorry to hear about your family situation at the hospital. I hope it goes as well as it can. I haven't been in a much better boat myself unfortunately. We just found out my Dad has leukemia, so ive been in and out with him and also working on our new building, so I apologize for my lack of availability as well.
We have a shipment that cleared customs yesterday and our carrier is trying to get a truck out here by Tuesday. We'll go through it the day of or day after it comes in depending on time of drop off.

The bumper is ordered from our supplier, and yes, it was ordered. They have the air shipment coming in to their office that has your bumper and a number of other products together. Sorry, I didn’t mean to confuse you, the air shipment is to their offices, not to you directly. That was estimated to arrive in the US between 2/27-2/29 from what they told me. From there, it goes to customs for clearance and then delivered to their office. They then ship the bumper to you and that’s when I would have the tracking #. I’ve tried contacting them all week, and left messages but have not heard back. I last spoke to them Thursday, and they said the shipment was due to them in the next several days, so I am hoping it’s either there as of today, or will be there this week. I’ve ordered from them a few times before – they have always come through, though it does take time to get such special order items. I am going to call them again now

Just a quick update, shipment is scheduled to land in the next few days. I was advised it should be out of customs hopefully Tuesday or so. As soon as it’s unpacked and shipped I’ll forward you the tracking info

Hi Yogi, finally heard back last night. Bumper is on an air shipment arriving between 2/27 and 2/29, and they’ve got your address already on file to send directly to. I’m not sure if the shipment was delayed by the production of the bumper, or if some of the other items that were ordered at the same time caused the delay. I will let you know the tracking the second I have it and keep you posted on details. I appreciate your patience, it will all be worth it!
