I ordered my set of volks from him. He was very honest with me when it simply took a little longer for them to arrive from Japan. Never had any issues, customer service is top notch. He was very knowlegeable with helping me select sizes and the correct offsets.
Hopefully everything gets worked out between you two.

.... now he said that he has a tracking number for me (FROM TUESDAY)... but he said that it's still not active.... the truth is that after another ten days from my first post here (and over 6 month from the payment) i'm still waiting my coilovers, my steering hub and my steering wheel...

Adam is helpful. sometimes parts will be on backorder for a while which is frustrating but he will keep you up to date or you just have to check back with him frequently.

By the way after today news (thanks my350z.com) i hope for the best in this week... Items shipped or total refund... I ll keep you posted guys...
Proof? That would not be cool if he told you a part was in stock and it wasn't. Do you have email text you can post that shows this or any other lies you are charging him with?

I have purchased from Adam previously and had no issues.

Look I've done about 95% of my purchases with Adam...He sometimes forgets to return emails but he always picks up the phone. He's good, honest, but dude we're all human. I'm still waiting(7months) for my MCR spoiler... can I get mad at Adam? Hell no, He's not making it... he's at someones mercy.

We've got it worked out with the OP now and he has decided to go with a different set of coilovers which will be with us in a few days. I've also got another steering wheel setup here for him (same as originally ordered), so his order will be complete. I'll then need to pursue some sort of recourse against my supplier to recover the money we paid for these items originally...right now I just want to get the rest of this order completed. The other parts of the order (wheels, aero parts, etc), the OP received a while ago.

So what is happening with MY wheels?

Am I getting the CE28N wheels that were previously ordered or am I going to get the Volk GTS in custom colour??

Still waiting for your replies man

I am a patient person and have ordered over $3000 worth of 350z parts for my FI build at teh start of August 2011 and i am still waiting on them... I got one box a month ago but the parts i need for the rebuild are still coming, every day they are "coming" and then something happens, it gets to friday and tuesday i get a email with a reason of why i gotta wait till end of the week for parts to be sent. Then friday comes and no tracking number and same thing happens net week, new reason why parts cant be sent.

He has been dealing with family issues recently which is fair enough but not for the last 7 months...

Yes he is very good at returning emails, very quick but unfortunately very un-organised.. Price was amazing compared to other vendors but i guess you get what you pay for. Id rather have paid more and got parts in 3 weeks than wait 8 months (will be by the time i get the parts). I mean comon... 7 months.

I have all the emails too but rather not vendor bash.. just wanted to back up OP that he most likely isnt being un-patient and has been placed in same situation as me.

1 or 2 a year wait is a LONG time patient or not. I see this trend growing with international buyers... and I'm sure both OP (thread below) been taken care of but it shouldn't have to be this way.

I would've ask for a refund a long time ago.

*** and who's involved.... GL on resolving the issue.

Doesnt mean anything, if i lived 1 hour away he still hasnt SENT the parts, its not that im waiting for parts to arrive from post but they havnt been given to post office yet...

If he would get parts in quicker and have an assistant to help him get parts to people then he would have many more praises.. but to make people wait 7 months is not right
Adam you seem to have such a amazing track record prior to 2011, even one assistant in handling things would have stopped all of these "where are my parts" thread and kept your great business name.

You are extremely helpful but i feel i got the exact same excuses re stuff being sent when in fact it was never ready to be sent etc etc and parts not arriving, wrong parts being sent etc.. 2011 seemed to be bad for you, lets hope 2012 is back to normal right?

Was just stating a fact, no reason to get mad at me...mate.

I've spent thousands with him and never had an issue, so good luck.
