Question test pipes with turbo

I had the test pipes on my N/A car with tanabe exhaust and I did not like the sound. If I put them back on after I turbo the car will the sound change because of the turbos, or will it still be very raspy?

With the turbos the exhaust tone is much more quiet and deeper.
There shouldn't be any raspy sound at all.

I can't wait to hear my Borla after I install my turbos too !

test pipes on the turbo car will refine the sound and you will love it.

No, because the supercharger is intake side only. The exhaust gas on a turbo car has to pass through the exhaust side of the turbo as it leaves the engine, thats what cuts the noise down.
If you get the resonated test pipes, you wont have the rasp. I have the resonated pipes and vortech.

I could do a search, but then I would be reading for hours. Is there a test pipe that fits perfectly and does not trip the SES light on a 2003 Z?

It seems that it application based rather than product based when the test pipe throws the CEL. I have read many posts where one test pipe doesn't throw a CEL for one person for say 6000 miles and for another person it does before 1000 miles. But I have read it is more likely to throw the CEL if it is on a turbo car for some reason (don't remember why exactly).
