Default Forgive me if this was covered before... starting engine for first time questions

I looked around and couldnt find anyones thoughts on this... just how they wanted to break it in...

Im gonna have SGP racing most likely assemble my built top and bottom and timing case... ill do the rest.
Im keeping my engine fully intact no swaps.. so i can just go right back if there is a problem...so it looks like the fuel system and injectors will be new and larger.

So question is... what is it going to be like when I start my engine up...? Do I have to start it up at a tuners shop...

Basically will the fuel and timing map be ok for me to get my car running and driving for a couple hundred miles before i tune it?

I read through a few threads and Im sorry if this was already talked about.. if it was.. can someone post a link to the thread I should be looking at... Thanks!

Also... anyone around the NJ area... who would you rate as one of the best tuners for the 350Z plus e-manage... Im willing to drive a pretty good distance if I have to... lets say as far as CT as far west as the end of PA and as far south as VA or NC.. Thanks

considering you are going to use different injectors, no it will not run right. You will have to reinitialize the emanage and use the injector change feature to make the car run smoother. Remember then at this point your running factory fuel so DON'T BOOST. then you will need to build a new fuel map to compensate for boost. Now if you were to use the 440 and the greddy emanage preprogram you should be safe up to the same boost you have been running. Building the block with lower compression pistons will not give you more power but only allow you to run more boost for power. Hope this made any sense
