Rich, honestly, the best way to use the E-01 boost controller feature is the auto mode. Yes, you need to find an open road to do it. But keep in mind that inthe manual mode, you will boost a different amount in each gear, and load. Turbos are load dependent...not necessariliy RPM dependent. More load (such as a higher gear), will result in more boost. So if you boost 10psi in 2nd gear, you will boost more than that in 5th. Trust me on this.

Use the auto mode. Once dialed in, it will compensate and adjust for load and get you VERY close to the set boost level. I have mine in auto mode set at 8.5psi and a start boost of 7.0psi and a gain of 10. Works like a charm....consistent boost regardless of gear or load.

what do u mean the jackets are nicer??? now, i have something else to look forward too in additiona to getting my rebuilt motor back, a cool NEW jacket!
