Default Advice on engine building

I am trying to calculate how much I would spend on doing my bottom end. Do any of you guys have a rough estimate on how much money I will have to dish out to start the process? I am looking to do the pistons, rods, fuel pump, fuel system, clutch and flywheel to save money on labor, main studs, tuning and whatever else I need to complete it. I am guessing around $6000. Is that anywhere near it?

thats is just for the parts you mentioned. Add another 3000 for engine labor and engine removeable and replacement...at least.
