Default Uprated con rod bolts

Has anyone changed these on our car, as a precaution??? I know that the rods themselves are a weak link, but has anyone done anything on the bolts? and is it necessary???

Don't believe anyone has. It'd be a waste of time and money, might as well pay 1200 or less and get new rods.

Yeah, I cant think of a worse expenditure of time and labor to do this.

Swap out for new forged pistons and rods. The Pauter rods come with ARP rod bolts.

If I was goin that route, I would do the full lot, for sure.
Would changing the bolts mean a full engine out job? or could they be done in situ??
Excuse my ignorance on this matter.

This changing of bolts isnt on my car, but a guy who is thinking of going down this FI route here in the UK. Just trying to get the right info for him.
I had never heard of this being worthwhile for our car.

Here's some threads I found a ARP connecting rod bolts. According to SR20DEN the engine does not have to come out to install. At least not on the FWD VQ35.
