Default Help me identify source of sound with Vortech at WOT.

In 4th at WOT I hear a sound which is hard to describe other than to say it sounds like snap,...snap,..snap.I know what it is not..Took the engine cover off thinking it was the belt rubbing it. Also disengaged the VDC thinking it might be wheel spin..No lose of power just this sound. Thanks.

One thing you should check is the down pipe attached to the pipe going to the MAF. This runs alongside the body (near the A/C lines) and can vibrate against it. I crammed some foam in there and stopped a rattle that happened at certain revs.

No my JWT Flywheel sounds like a can of spray paint.. This is more of a short lived but repetitive snap, snap sound..
