I don't know the name of the structure that they attached their cables to, but it is further back under the front of the car, by the suspension, there is a spot to attach to the frame (or at least a sturdy structure that attaches to the frame)...I stood on the cable as they toed it up, because the cable had the tendency to pull up on my bumper (I stood on it to hold it down and take SOME of the pressure off the bumper)...and it worked...I've had my car toed 2X
first: spun out in ice, got stuck in snow, second: blocky walkie told me to fukee wuckee myself

When I had to tow my car (a G coupe) it was with a tow truck (versus a car carrier......which is a truck with a tilting flatbed).
The key is to get the one with dollies. They'll throw the dollies under your tires and secure up & tow the car that way.

If the towing company is competent in the least, they will know what to do.

I am also interested in adding a flat edge or plate towards the passenger side, so I may mount an oil and/or power steering cooler to it.
Any thoughts?

No way I could drive up, they had to pull the car on the bed backwards using 2x4 blocks for the front bumper to not scrape.
