Default Stillen Stage 3 pulley

Hey Guys, How do you install the pulley and where does it go in?
Does it go on the supercharger or on the bottom?
Thanks.

The pulley will be a smaller diameter one which replaces the one on the snout of the blower. You need a special puller tool to pull the pulley off of the snout once you remove the nut. I did the swap on my girlfriends Xterra SC to a smaller pulley...easy swap.

Well it looks like Stillen thought ahead a little then. I assumed they would be the same because they are both Eaton blowers.

Im assuming stage 3 is more boost than stage 2, which on your s/c should be a smaller pulley. Are you sure your looking @ the correct pulley? BTW where in MD are you, Id love to run a Stillen s/c Z.....

Stillen sent me a GOLD pulley and it is bigger than the original stage2 pulley,
I called them and they said it is the right size...?? I always thought higher boost pulley will be smaller. How about it?

Think about it - What if you had a one inch pully, and the belt is crank driven just as fast.....the little pulley would make many more revolutions per foot of belt...

Your Stillen rep needs a math lesson...

The information is within this post - read again carefully - and open the link
to show the red pully.. the red pully is smaller Stage 3

The shaft of the blower will run faster ( more RPM's ) with a smaller pulley...

In Stillen 350z the crank pulley is not changed the Blower pulley is changed..

Rogue23 please roll a pencil and a beer can accross the table...

Cheers Amy -
