That is news to me. Last week, Tadashi told me that 440cc was the largerst they could do.

Did you speak to Brian or Tadashi?

I believe it was Tadashi . He called to confirm my flash and we talked for a while but I never asked . Im for sure it wasnt Brian . Talked about flashing for the Vortech and getting rid of the piggyback . I may end up doing that but keep the SS box for fine tuning

Oh and to add to this Brad from Turbonetics has a VQ35 going to the same builder that did the Performance Motorsports 1200 HP monster for a full build. Look for a High output version of the 350Z/G35 kit in the next few months most likely using a reflash to control some 750s and a T66 turbo...

That's so funny, I talked to them a few months back and they told me that it was "impossible" for the stock ecu to control anything bigger than the PE 380's that they sold.

That's good new, though.

Booger: you said in another thread that they could also flash the timing and a/f for the vortech up to 11 pounds, but that you weren't going to do it because you wanted to use the split second box. Why can't you do both? If there tuning is perfect, you'll just use all 10's for the r4 software. You could still adjust they're program with r4 if you needed.

After thinking and talking to a couple guys , I thought that would be the best way to do it too . Hard for TS to get it exactly right . I got my ECU right infront of me now . Going right now to check out the 550 flash

So you have already sent the ECU to them and received it back with the 550 flash. If this is the case please let us know how it looks, many of us might be interested.

I got it in last night . I still have to check to see if any adjustments need to be made with the scaling [ might have to go up or down .1 in the map ] . But the car responds much better . Throttle response is much better . dfw350z it would be a good idea for you to get it and have them put back in the 2 degree's of timimg John Isbell took out to get the 550's to work in your car

That is great news Booger. Glad you like the throttle response. I have the same TS Reflash done to my ECU, but wont have the current until this weekend.
