First off let me say the car has been running great. The other day I had it bog on me twice. I thought the mas air needed to be cleaned of oil from the new filter. I cleaned it and was off. Car was normal and ran great again. Today I was going along in 2nd hit it and it did the same thing! What could cause this? I killed the car went into the bank and on the way home I hit it again, everything was fine now. Im rackin my brain!
I still need to get me bung welded so I can read my air/fuel. Only mods I have is the Injen exhaust. Any ideas?

 

Pull your spark plugs out and look at them. If you're running excessively rich, they'll be fouled. Also, be sure you don't drive around with VDC on if you're going to go into boost.

Now, what makes you think that the second bogging wasn't related to what caused the first--and wouldn't be fixed by either cleaning the MAF or putting on a new filter without oil all over it?
