Default CJM Fuel Rails - Now Colored and Polished

I just wanted to show you guys cause this is our first machined product to get anodized so I am all stoked.

I am now setup with a local anodizer and our fuel rails are available in color!

We are stocking them in blue anodized and high luster polished finish. Raw CNC finish is also available of course.

Price on the rails in blue or raw CNC finish is $395
Price for high luster polished is $415
Custom anodized colors are $445

I know custom color being $50 is pretty expensive, however just know that I actually get charged $75 per color setup, so I am actually eating $25 of that not to mention the special trip to the anodizing place.

Overall IMHO the price isnt bad for the nicest and best fitting rails available for the 350z and G35!

Standard blue will be shipped with all of our complete fuel systems now unless specially ordered.

such a shame that these parts that are so pretty are not at all visible in the engine bay!

would that work for a NXL Direct Port Nitrous system, since NX does not have a fuel rail for the Z yet?

yes the full kit price actually just dropped $150... I have found the supplies for a better cost and decided to skip the entire wholesale thing all together cause no one else wanted to stock them anyway!

So the retail price has dropped from 1195 to 1045.

My fuel return system kit is the most complete fuel system kit for the 350z available. It is highly optimized to get the most out of a single pump and it will be required for my twin pump add-on when I am finished with the R&D on that (will be a while).

Not only is it the most complete, but it utilizes the highest quality components. My fuel lines are teflon core based rather then rubber, and the fittings are scratch resistent and very nice looking. The SS braiding is also rubber coated to prevent abrasion (SS braided lines that are not coated will slowly but surely saw thru anything they contact but are not secured to). My kit starts at the pump and even replaces the hardpipe under the car with an anodized blue pipe of 1/2" in size. My fuel system kit also reroutes the fuel lines so that they are no longer 1" away from your exhaust manifold or turbocharger... we run a whip up the trans to the back of the engine to keep the fuel lines further away from these extreme heat sources.

The list of components is as follows:

CJM Fuel Pump Output Fitting
Hose Assy #1 (coated SS braided teflon core) Pump to Undercar Pipe
Undercar Feed Pipe (Anodized blue aluminum 1/2" pipe, fits in factory clips)
Hose Assy #2 (coated SS braided teflon core) Hard Pipe to Rails (-8 to twin -6)
CJM Premium Fuel Rails (so nice, you will love how refined they are)
Hose Assy #3 (Twin -6 Rail output lines to regulator)
CJM Fuel Pressure Regulater (CNC machined adjustable regulator with gauge port)
Marshall 1/8" NPT Fuel Pressure Gauge (mounts in the regulator or can be replaced with an in-cabin gauge sensor)
Hose Assy #4 (coated SS braided teflon core) Return Hose (Fits in factory clip, -6 in size... our feed flows so good a -4 return hose couldnt keep up)
CJM Return Correction Kit (in-tank pump assy modification kit to properly route return fuel to maintain siphon and swirl pot jet functions)

Thanks,
Charles
CJM

Here are a couple pics that show the quality in some of the components:

Have you fitted your kit ot a G yet? If not do you think the lines need to be lengthened?

Have not fitted to a G yet. It seems in Chicago the 350z is a bit more popular, as I hardly ever have a G35 come thru my shop. Whenever one does, I will take the required measurements so I can adjust the feed and return lengths.

Nice kit. For somebody installing an APS kit, would they benefit from using this fuel return system over the one that comes in the APS kit?

I see little purpose in using my fuel system with the APS Twin Turbo kit unless having adjustable fuel pressure is going to assist you in your tuning.

Does the regualtor you provide allow rates to be adjusted to over 1:1?

no sir... this is not a FMU, its like any other fuel pressure regulator with a 1:1... I believe only the Vortech Super FMU doubles as a FMU AND FPR?? But I could be wrong, I have only used FMUs a couple times in the past... but they dud actually do their job pretty well.

Thanx I figured. But as an FYI below is an example of a rising rate regulator that has very adjustable slope. I guess you could call it an FMU I was ,at one time thinking of a RR set slightly higher than 1:1 , say 1.25:1 to avoid a full injector upgrade. (the MR2035, can have both base and slope adjusted).
For example the soon to be available APS "big fuel system" is a bit of an overkill for me.

It is such a nice system it really needs its on website if I really expect people to buy it for how much it costs.

contact AAM and ask them for the return bypass correction. i sell them but they recently came out with their own version of it and i believe they offer it for free to those who already had their fuel kit.

or you could just throw it all in the trash and buy my kit j/k their kit is perfectly suited for what your doing.
