Default So far the sleeved block is doing great...

550 miles on it... being driven by multiple people.

Since it was a brand new from Nissan block with AEBS sleeves, I was concerned with the sleeves height changing at heat cycling the engine.

For the last 200 miles or so the car has been getting beat to all hell. I have been flushing the coolant and oil watching for anything wierd, but its consistently all good. At this point... if the sleeves dont give me any trouble within the next 200-450 miles... i dont think they are going to.

As for power, I am running it at 6.5 - 7.5 psi, it spikes 7.5 but is really pushing just under 7 under full throttle... it feels like around 450rwhp or so, if I get enough done on customer cars today I will probably put it on the dyno later tonight and see how much its really making and ill probably tune it up to 10 psi.

Really nice to hear about your continuing success. I know you still have a little ways to go before you fully trust these sleeves but I think you will be out of the woods very soon! I don't even have to ask cause I know we can count on an awesome video soon

How is it exactly that these sleeves sink? I thought they were stepped on the OD and they the block was bored with reciprocating steps to hold the sleeve.

dont ask me... but every sleeve manufacturer will tell you its impossible for their sleeves to sink... yet it happens to plenty of people.
