Default built motor plus vortech, is it worth it??

Well i have been contemplating modding the Z. I would like to get the vortech kit, but dont know the capabilities of it and what numbers it could produce with a built motor. The only reason i plan on getting the vortech over the greddy tt is ive heard a lot of good things about it and it seems to be less of a hassle then the greddy TT. How will the vortech respond to a built stroker motor? How much boost is possible on the vortech? Has anybody done this? Ive seen a lot of built motors carrying the greddy tt, but i wanna see what a vortech can do. Any help would be appreciated.

If you're going to build the motor, go turbo, no question..

Ive broke a piston , so I had no choice to build the motor . Now Im upgradeing the blower to a T - trim and Im hoping for 14psi out of it . I'll see soon after I get the blower back from Vortech . But if I would have had the extra $ I would have switched it over to TT for sure

I think gotta send the blower in to Vortech to upgrade/rebuild it.

Why not go with an ATI ProCharger which has more raw potential than the Vortech.

The Vortech and ATI with a good tune are supposedly safe as long as you keep them under 400hp (380ish to be safe). 380RWHP sounds good to me.

whats the max boost on the vortech? I know most are running 8psi with the stock motor, but im sure they have pulleys out there that can boost it pretty high.
