Default Replacing Upper-Oil pan after removing Vortech

Going to have the APS TT installed in a week or so, I currently have the Vortech with the tapped oil return line in the uppoer oil pan. I've done some pricing and it's only about $80 for a new one, should I buy a new one or just plug the hole? how hard is it to replace that pan? Thanks!

Holy crap I just looked at the service manual... it's quite a bit of work.. remove hood, alternator, starter, drain coolant, idler pulley, etc etc etc...

Narkotic, I just went to home depot and bought a threaded plug. BTW, the car pic in your sig link is still my favorite G35 pose ever.
