I have an image of the pulley you need to loosen. It has either a 14 or 15mm head on it... The bolt you need to tighten can be seen from under the car... let me go see what I can find. I've got photos somewhere...

The factory belt tensioner idler is the 14 or 15mm bolt that you loosen first.
