I spoke to Reggie of T-netics today to try and find out what the deal is about the clamps. He told me that he is expecting the clamps either today or tomorrow. So hopefully the kits will be sent out in the next couple of days!!!(fingers crossed)

 

Awesome thanks for the update. I'm going to ask and see if I can get it overnighted to me. Hopefully my installer will still have room to get it done next week by the time I find out if this will be possible. By the way, I've been trying to call Reggie all day and haven't been able to get ahold of him.

 

woohoo! who did yall get your kits from? i got mine from avalon racing. think its the same situation?

 

Mine was bought through Altered Atmosphere. And yes, I believe it's all the same problem. Dealers are selling kits and placing orders but they are all on hold because of a lack of clamps to ship the complete kits. At least they are acknowledging the problem before sending anything out though. Some of the first people that actually received the kits got them without clamps!

No, I am still waiting! Hopefully it will be here by next week. I will be sure to give you a call when it comes in, no worries. I am going to install the gauges tomorrow just to get that out of the way so when the kit comes in it will be one less thing to worry about.

Just talked to Reggie and the clamps are IN!!! I'm workin with Dave at AAM to see if I can get it overnighted to me complete.

 

This is very good news....So I guess that means I can expect the kit to arrive maybe mid next week? I hope the kits were relatively ready to ship except for the missing clamp so there is no additional delay in getting them packed and shipped.

I'm sure dealing with impatient customers sucks but hey, this is a BIG toy we're talkin' about!

Contacted Dave at AAM, and he was told by Reggie that the kits shipped out today. I requested that it be shipped out overnight to make my install appt next week, so I'm going to hold them to that. I should have it in my hands no later than Friday.

I'm willing to guess that everyone else's kits that were waiting on the clamps went out, but am not positive. I've been hounding them about the kit since last week so I'm not sure if they got mine out any faster. Here's hoping.

Everyone that's waiting might want to give Turbonetics or the vendor you're ordering through a call so they can verify that the kit has shipped.

When I ordered my body kit, the vendor called ME to let me know where things were. Boy I miss those days. Guess I'll get on the horn. What a PITA.

Yeah I just called Reggie and they are actually shipping today. Mine is going out today and I'm going to get a tracking number in a few hours. Should be here tomorrow. I'm ecstatic.

man, thats great news. im just hoping its true and not gossip. are you sure your not playing with my emotions? maybe my vendor will let me know whats up, he wont answer the phone, but then again, its late. let me know who gets it....

Actually last night Reggie called me back and said they didn't make the Fedex truck yesterday. However, he said he saw the kits himself on the loading ramp ready to go. So, they will definitely go out today with Fedex. I asked for overnight shipping specifically. I don't think they are shipping the kits overnight unless it is asked/payed for.

So right now it's looking to get here Thursday morning. I'll be happy as long as it's here by the end of the day friday, but the sooner the better. I'll let you all know as soon as it arrives.

 

I know I haven't been on this thread much but if there is anything I can do to help you guys please let me know....

 

you can request for overnight shipping for me...or pay for it.
