Default Vortech Installed!

Well my Vortech kit was finally finished on Friday and I couldn't be happier with the results. The install went smoothly and the only problem we ran into was that when we first started up the car we realized the cylinders were misfiring. We hooked up to the OBII and we then realized that when we re-installed the spark plugs we put the coil packs in the wrong order. After that the car ran awesome. It pulls now in every gear. The only thing I am not sure about though is that I think th BOV is releasing to much air. I have it set to about 6 threads showing which is what people are recomending but when I drive around at regular speeds with the throttle not to open the valve is still open releasing air. Even when I go to WOT it takes a second or two for it to close. Is this normal? I would like to know so I can have everything perfect before I dyno tune it tomorrow.

I wasn't sure about it but I figured it should it close only after throttle is applied but I figured it would close almost instantly rather than after a few seconds. Here some pics after the install.

Does it matter which way the BOV is installed. The instructions say to install it so that it vents toward the motor, but the shop that installed my kit had to install it so that it vents toward the right front wheel. I have heard some say that could be a problem with my system and I have heard otherwise as well.

Wow, nice car!

Some people buy some ugly *** body kit, or leave unpainted cf, etc. but your car really shows "tasteful" looking mods. Now it's got the speed to back up the looks!
