i want to build a reliable 10 second Z. the vq wont work. what do i need for a full rb26 swap and how much will it cost in parts/labor?

the rb26 swap results in a loss of many functions in your car, and really is not worth the effort when you consider that there are 7 second vq's out there. In addition the words reliable and <10 second do not go together unless you got a bike.

VQ will go 10's for the money you will spend to install RB.

then what do i do to greddy twin turbo to get the vq to 10 sec.?

Take 5 grand and build the motor. With forged internals and some cams you will be all set. Of course you will need other parts like clutch and stuff, but the built motor is what you need.

yep... build the motor and boost the heck out of it... god i love boost...

o yea and talk to phunk - really knowledgeable guy. he should have 10 sec timeslips soon.
