Potential engine problem....we're stumped

the only way to know is do a leakdown and examine the plugs, throw a boroscope down there while you are at it

I did a compression check yesterday and it was good.

The oil on the plugs might be due to valve cover seals and o rings going bad. I have oil on all 3 driver's side plugs. The other side was fine. I will have a leakdown test performed tomorrow to make sure the motor is not damaged. From there we can determine if the valve cover seals and o rings have gone.
So far I am good with two test. I had the coolant check for carbon to see if the head gasket had blown and that came back good.....two for two....let's see what happens with the last test.
