i got rapped tonight by a 2002 camaro z28.... i have a procharged z, its not tuned and ran wit 20" perelli p-zero...... i got an ok launch, but even if i had got an awesome launch i still would've got killed..... his 1st gear killed me, i tried warmin up the tires...... but that def didn't help, it made it worse..... im pissed, i def have to get tuned.... i got embarrassed, i did win in a pull from 3rd on....... i had him by like a 1/2 car around 105m.p.h. i have to oreder exhaust and test pipes....... im gonna tonight thats how pissed i am......

 

get 'er tuned...and add a timing solution as well if youi havent.

considering an f body LS1 puts down an average of 290-302 whp I'm surprised you didn't pull em..

those things can kill a z if they have mods - they also have a BUTTLOAD more torque than the z

Whatever the case, there will always be someone faster than you out there. He was probably modded. For what we pay for our supercharger and turbo kits, they can run deep in the 12s, if not 11s.
