If they passed the test with the current kit why would they need an upgraded kit? Besides they ensured us on many occasions that the current one will pass...anyways, I'll see it when I believe it and I truly, TRULY hope I won't have to spend another few thousands on the $11k I just dropped (including install) to get the kit to the point it was supposed when I got it...

I have read so much about this topic now, its verging on ridiculous. I say, if you want an APS kit, then go for it, if not, get something else. I dont see what benefit all this *****ing has to anyone.
Its just getting tiresome.

They passed the emission test. There are some requirements that CARB requires (I believe it has to have stock fuel injectors)
