Well sir from what you just posted for us to read... That ain't going to help us any...

Best thing to do is go over again your Turbo instructions, your BOV instructions, and your Wastegate instructions... That is what I did, and doubled checked the work to find out how to solve my problems along with posting up here with the more specific info

Did you modify the fuel pressure regulator in the pump assy? The silicone coupler should only cause a boost leak. Not rough idle...

As you know Rob, my fuel pump was not modified as directed by the new instructions for the kit (since my kit came with the first gen instructions)... And my idle is not showing any kinds of problems infact it is better than before LOL...

Could it be possibly incorrect injector install/spark plug gapping/damage and/or incorrect fuel pump modifing/install?

Poor idle during initial startup after major modifications such as this is caused by removing the throttle body, or having the battery disconnected after a while. I had this problem after doing my APS TT install for a whilie and it sucked. You have to either drive it a bit for it to relearn the drive by wire settings or perform a manual learn as in the service manual. If that still gives you idle problems after doing so (drive w/ the AC on to keep the idle up), try to tighten the BOV. I put a Greddy RS BOV on my APS TT kit and it was too loose causing the car to just die, I tightened it up and walla never dies anymore..

good luck

Well something like that happened to me, and I actually called MIAPLAYA cause after we started my car a light came on and for some funny reason I cannot remember which one but it was on. We scan'd it and it was the throttle learning thingy, we cleared the code then we started it up again... It was fine.

Oh wait, it was the MAINTANCE REQ. light... And even with this my idle was not ruff.

DID YOU MODIFY THE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR IN THE INTAKE PUMP?

Frankly this guy is starting to scare me alittle with his posting

I am starting to feel maybe this fellow was not correctly prepared to do such a install.

Did you attach the boost signal line to the top port. Under what conditions is the BOV not opening. Are you achieving full boost?

What is your fuel pressure? What is your vaccum reading on your boost gauge. You should have a boost signal line going from the plnum to the BOV (upper port) and a line going from the compressor discharge to the lower wastegate port. If its not a fuel issue then it is a vacuum leak or throttle relearn issue.
