Those manifolds are beautiful. Great looking welds. What's up with your turbo oil return lines? Do the manifolds place the turbos too low to route back to the oil pan? Are you pumping the return oil somewhere else? It looks like the returns are routed to that canister under the bell housing, but where from there?

Ok, I just read the spec. list in the first post. So, I'm guessing you drain the turbos into that canister and then use the mocal to pump the oil into a bung located on your oil pan spacer.

Exactly. If you run a pump directly from the turbo to the pan you will get puffs of oil out of the exhaust at start-up.

Tim,

How much quieter would the set-up be if you routed the wastegate pipes back through the exhuast? I remeber you reading that you have the ability to do it but has anyone done it?

It is very quiet.A couple of guys have installed the kit with the wastegates recirculated.I am actually going to do it on my car when I get some free time.

I keep getting too backed up during the days. I need to call you and discuss a setup with you for my car Tim. I ended up getting a stand alone hooked up for me, so it's time.

Tim,

Do you have any idea on the total cost for 05 AT car that can reach that 1000hp (or even in the low 600hp)?

Well you sort of need to make up your mind on what you want. You can get away with less parts if you are trying to make 600 apposed to 1000.To make 600 you need a turbo system, single pump fuel system,720cc injectors,bottom-end with stock sleeves, cams,a little bit of headwork and built tranny/TC.I figure it is in the $20k range to do it safely. This doesnt count installation and tuning.

For 1000 you need a turbo kit, twin pump fuel system,1200cc injectors,Darton sleeved bottom-end,major headwork including a larger and lighter valvetrain, cams, lots of boost,EMS,built tranny/TC and a diet of C16.I figure you are looking at the $33k+ range.Big difference in price

I would think all FI kits void factory warranty, unless installed by dealership.
