Default Turbonetics Wastegate

Does anyone know the range of the wastegate included in the Turbonetics kit..

Im looking for a range of 5-10...just wondering if the standard part can do this....

Do you mean 5-10 psi?

It would seem the range is variable since you have a choice of three different springs and you can use multiple shims to raise or lower the psi.

9 lb spring, 5 shims might put you at 10 psi.

Forgot what their weakest spring is (check out their site I guess).

Ill check it out.......I want the kit installed while im in Hawaii...but I dont want to run anything more than 5-6PSI till I get back to Florida.....

Turbonetics does have weaker springs you can order with the kit if you want. Contact them direct and they can get you the spring you need.

Yep, I have a 5 lb, a 7 lb and a 9 lb spring. The 7 lb spring put me around 8 PSI and the 9 PSI spring put be around 10.5-11. Much of the variance depends on your exhaust.
