Default Low-End -> Mid-Range torque?

What ways are there to increase low to mid range power. Are there any intakes or other bolt - ons?
Dont intakes usually add more high end pull?
Will increasing low end torque compensate and effect the high end?

Confused, need answers.

If you want some real good low-end, I hear the 350Evo 3.9 rearend does a good job.

thats definately one of the best ways. very hard to increase your bottom, easy to gain more top end, as far a n/a goes. for f/i, "crank it up" (boost that is)

Here is the down side of Low Gear Ratio with FI..

In a Greedy TT the shift point's are insane as power increases.. With the stock gearing.. We considered 3.5's to let the turbo get it's leg's.

3.9 Ratio - the car would be shifted in to 5th in a quarter mile.. It may be better - Elapse Time wise to stay stock and enter the traps in 4th and near red-line.

Cheers Amy -

Some of those FI TT people can advise..

For a drift car - not used on the street - the 3.9's might be a kick - *** soulution.

Yeah I knew that, but I figured he was talking about NA not FI.
