How low are you running the static preasure now ? I had my preasure set at 52psi with the vacuum line hooked up , but have gone back and reset to 52psi with the vac hose unhooked . Ive yet to clear the code since and dont know if its doing it any less

With the staic pressure(vac unhooked) set at 48psi i rarely get the code because I have it scaling the injectors less. As I turn up the static pressure to 52psi, I turn up the maf scaling and it happens much more. I am soon going to the UTEC and a FJO low impedance injector drivers with big 72lb injectors so that I can run a normal static pressure such as 42psi and have a nice respectable part throttle and idle.

I have TS flash for my 550 injectors . Do you think lowering the static preasure will help get the code less often ?

Right after I had my install I would get this everytime I refueled. Now I rarely get it, so few I can't remember when the last one occured. I'm thinking it's related to fuel pressure, it would show up about 10 seconds after starting the engine after filling up the tank. What I started doing was turning the ignition on but not starting until fuel pressure was up and stabilized, maybe 4 or 5 seconds. The problem with clearing a CEL prior to emissions testing is there is test data held in the ECU that must be there to pass and it takes a while for the complete test sequence to occur to validate emission performance.

Yes I do! Fully built long block with head works and cams. Equipped with Greddy TT kit and Water/Methane kit. I still got that code and can't seem to fixed it so I sent in my ecu to disable the code.

That's great man! Good to see you stuck with it, I know you had some difficulties getting it all together.
