I'm thinking of getting my boost up to 9.5 psi (from 8.5) and am wondering how many of you APS TT people are running 9.5 on 91 octane and for how long without or with issues.
I just made the move Friday. I was on 8.5psi for 7months 17k miles. I can't stop driving this thing, my car feels smoother and stronger at the same time. Im not sure how the guys at Zcargarage managed this but man this tune is awesome... I hope they can do the same for everyone who gets the APS.

What kind of tuning software is being used to tune the APS kit? I had though that it was a set tune out of the box and not able to be changed. Keep in mind, I am out on the East Coast with minimal shop support.

awesome. I'm going to make an apointment with Brainstorm to get my pressure upped and tuned accordingly.
David from APS told me when he was out here in cali that APS is going to release a switching system allowing for 4 maps to be switched in between early next year...
Brainstorm had also mentioned to my the posibility of having 2 unichips switchable 1 low pressure map and one 103 oct high pressure map. I just need to see how much an additional unichip will cost since my information on that one seems to be way off...

I have been running 10lbs on my stock block for over 14,000 miles with my tune with no problems except for exteme tire wear!! And I just hit 83,000 miles on my Z with almost 24k on the APS TT... Enjoy the extra power...
Damn!!! you got me beat I have 45000 total miles. Car was boosted at 28k. We ran it at 8.5 for 17k miles, so i recently got mine up to 9.5.

There was a misunderstanding and Brainstorm only upped the Boost to 9 psi.
Based on the dyno I lost horsepower...about 7. However when I took it to the track I had gained mph and my et's improved by .2 seconds.
I'm loosing power after 6600 rpm (i have the upped limiter) so for now I;m shifting at 6500 . They've been having some issues with their dyno and that is being fixed right now so once that's all taken care of I'm going back for another round and probably will have them up it to 10 psi.
My car was also running very hot that's why I'm getting the Stillen Radiator installed tomorrow.
