that looks good so far. what are you putting in place of the stock hazard button. i hate the stock placement.

did you do the painting on your own, or did you get it done professionally? the console you made for the dvd player looks awesome.

Im going to leave it. The way the switch is it makes it a B!tch to move!

I did something very similar with my center console ;however I moved the hazard button and put 3 DEFI gauges across. The hazard button wires are easy to extend and there is a convenient little knock out down by the hood latch lower left were the OEM hazard button fits into perfectly.

Also I just mounted my gauges flush , too lazy to go thru all the bondo work.

I ment the bracket. I moved it with my console but I had to JB weld it onto the console.

I just removed the bracket altogether and dremeled off the mounting point from behind. I used a three gauge Din mount I got from E-guage and flushed it into the console. The four remaining clips at the bottom are enough to hold the console in place.

Steve- honestly, I'll probably end up getting it either way, but I think 3 gauges with the hazard moved to an alternate location would look better.

Yeah some want that. Im going to do them like this, then if someone wants Ill do custom ones but its going to cost more.
