FI question

hey, im new to this forum, this question is for anyone who knows about FI for the Z. I've heard from a lot of people in general and read in mags that the VQ engine is in some ways "fragile" when it comes to FI. I really want to TT my Z, but I wanna know how serious the risks are. What ways can i make sure that it stays reliable, even if im over 400 horse? any help would be great, thanks. also what AFFORDABLE tt kit would be good for me, being a 17 yr old haha.
