Default good news!

i wired my WG shut, and the car holds 10psi till redline, time to order a heavier actuator from Forge.

10psi to redline is cool, but it only makes 10psi with the wastegate 100% shut?

i was just thinking of how much power is the kit good for if on a built engine if it cant come up with more than 10psi.

Another fine example of the bullshat that APS spews forth in their false claims and outright lies.

well lets not crucify them just yet. This is only one case... perhaps he has a charge leak somewhere or something.

i'm not familiar with tig's situation, but maybe not all aps kits are created equal. my kit is using a turboxs manual boost controller and holds .6-.7 bar to redline consistenly.

actually the max im hitting is 13.2 pounds right now, but my ***** arent big enough to get much more than that. ive been hitting 12 pounds consistently with my manual BC but it would never hold it until now.

i did have a charge leak abd thought i fixed it. maybe i didnt and the wired WG is just compensating for the leak.

are you going to be running 91 or 93 or 100 octane? my tuner told me that I'd need to run higher octane if i messed with the actuator springs.
