OMG Your going to make an apperance.....lol I hope you go and run your baddass car I want to see what kind of mph you trap....Also I would like to see your car....
Hmmm im gonna be in Manteca on thrs, maybe I can head up early and go to Sac raceway and then spend the night in Manteca so i don't have to drive on thrs. I'll keep ya posted. However i will have to run my street tires.
Yeah there are barely any tread left and SAC is about 200 mi or 150. After a night of Burnouts and drag racing I wont have anything left. My street tires have plenty of tread.
That would be funny to hit 11's on street tires when all this time im trying to do it on DR's. sometimes it works that way.

I still can't belive they don't just give the Z a turbo from the factory like they do with the evo and sti...
are you saying why didn't the Z make it a turbo i4 like the evo and sti? or are you saying the Z should have been 400+ whp stock for the same price? or even worse do you think the 350z should have been priced like the old 300zx, but have a turbo(40k+)?
I don't understand why people epect to get the world for the same price. Sure Nissan could have made a 400whp beast of a car but it wouldn't be 30k and thus wouldn't sell nearly as well as the Z does now. All the japanese car companies had 40k+ sports cars in the 90's and guess what... no one bought them so they had to pull them from the US market. Thats why it shouldn't be a shocker that the Z came back in a lower price point (base model is almost half the price of a stock 300zx TT if you take inflation into account and runs withen .2 seconds of it on the 1/4 mile... stock vs stock). And when the supra comes back in a few years as a 300hp NA 30k car people will be saying the same thing.. "why didn't toyota make it turbo?!?!?"
As far as making it turbo from the factory and still being 287 to 300 crank hp that would have made modding easier but for the majority of us who keep our cars stock 300hp NA is better than 300hp turbo.
