Turbonetics with stock exaust & test pipe

Turbonetics with stock exaust & test pipe
How loud is the stock exaust with a test pipe and has anyone tried this with a turbonetics kit? If its not insanely loud and good gains can be had from it I might give it a shot when my kit is installed. If I later add a 3" exaust do I need to get a different size test pipe?
