Well considering I am currently on the install progress of my kit you will need the following.

1. Rachet wrenches
2. High Temp Red RTV sealent
3. Nissan OEM Intank Gasket ring
4. Drill Sidestep one
5. 1/8 drill bit
6. 3/8 drill bit
7. some other drill bit cant remember just get a whole buncha bits in a kit oh yah 9/16 for the oil drain that was scarry!*!*!* that area of block is soo thin

8. Gauges if you want BOOST, Wideband Inovative LM1 and gauge
9. If you need it a clutch. Stock should hold enough if you have some left in it
10. Lots of beer

Air tools with extensions is a must unless you like wrenching your own just get some extensions lots of deep sockets and standard size sockets
btw when you get to the section of having to move the ps cooler dont keep it up front its soo much easier then moving it

I have the install instructions here: http://members.***.net/turbonetics35...icsinstman.pdf

For other stuff RTV sealant and a factory fuel pump assy o -ring. Boost gauge, wideband would be nice.

RTV Sealant: $10
Fuel pump assy o ring: $10
Boost gauge $40-190
Wideband $375 from www.forgedinternals.com
Beer...priceless

The money is no problem and I already have a JWT clutch/flywheel.

One more thing all the mods I have I did myself I know my way around any car pretty good do you think I could install the kit myself?

I understand that the kit does not need tuning because of the flash correct?

That is correct. Turn key is the name of the game Anyone with decent mechanical ability shoud be able to install it. Make sure you have a good mechanical friend to check your work though.

Its not in the install insturctions. Heres the deal. The fuel pump assy has an o ring that seals it in the tank. If you get gas on it when you are removing the assy it will swell up and won't seal right again when you try to re-install the pump assy. Some people have put it in their freezer in that case and it shrunk back and worked fine. A lot of people buy a new one just in case. You can get them at the Nissan dealership near you for about $10.

What is that? Good post guys, reminded me to get the fuel pump o-ring and some other things.

I am getting ready for my Turbonetics install hopefully shortly after X-mas and before New Years. I just ordered a JIC Spartan Full Ti 3" single exhaust, still need 3 guages and the oil pan spacer (I shouldnt have to tap the block correct? As the other oil line gets t'd off with the oil pressure sending unit right-MIA double check me please).

I already bought my JWT clutch/FW, guage pod, Nismo front to show off the IC, and I have a Varis air duct waiting for me for X-mas Where do you get the steel wire to secure the turbo heat shield? Home Depot? BTW "nissansource" have any more info on keeping the PS cooler up front?

Some Good Quality Even pressure Hose Clamps are a nice, cheap addition.
Got mine at hightempsilicone.com Heck.. You might even want to color match all of your couplers & hose while your at it.
