Does that annoy anyone (with only one wideband) that you have absolutely no idea what is going on with one side of you engine?

Sorry...this is slightly off topic but I'm a newbie. I'm getting the UTEC and I saw someone mentioned dual widebands... does that mean you have to buy two widebands or is there a wideband with dual sensors and one output?
Dual widebands means one sensor for each bank. They are usually located near the factory 02 sensors on your dual test pipes. I havent seen anyone running dual EGT's, as EGT's are a backup measurement, and unless you have one on each cylinder, there would be no major benifit to dual EGT's, vs. running just one.
