i learned 2 things. well one i already know, it doesn't matter what you do to a car, if it isn't done correctly it will hurt it. f/i is one where everything needs to be done correctly with many checks and unfortuneately the car owner needs to be aware of how it all works so they can notice a problem and bring it to someone who does know before they blow their own motors. maybe it is for sales reasons some push one kit or the other, but any kit will blow any motor!!! honestly, they all have effing turbos in them and the tubing. the motor doesn't care how the boost got there but it has to deal with it once it gets to the cylinder. meaning greddy, pe, jwt, tn, ati, vortech, aps, and who ever else i am forgetting, all of them will blow the motor if conditions are not right. blowing on the dyno means the tuner didn't take the time to make sure the rest of the car is in working order or going for a redline shot first try. i'm just still surprised if a thread comes up when someone is trashing one kit over the other. which i don't think mia was trying to do.
oh ya, the second thing i learned. i saw names of people from this forum over there too. how the hell do you guys find time to post on both, lol.
