Too late to supercharge?
Hey guys,
I tried doing a search, but didn't come up with any relevant results. A lot of people try to make sure their engines are broken in before adding a blower, but is there a point where it is too late? In other words, is there a certain age/mileage where a car is no longer safe to supercharge or FI?
My car currently has 40K and will probably have 50-60K by the time I get around to slapping some sort of forced induction on the engine. Is there a certain point where it would just be too dangerous? Like 70 or 80K?
I need my car to be a reliable, daily driver so the last thing I want is my engine to go boom after investing $5-6K in engine mods.

NO WAY lol there is no such thing.... I have seen integera's with FI at 200k lol.... the VQ is very strong if you stay within the limits. Plus if you get a Stilled stage two you get a 3 year 30000 mile warranty or somthing... check it out talk to Paul @ Avalon Racing!
