From my conversations with Kenji over the last several months, the following things are still planned for the EU (release date unknown.. sounded like first half of this year sometime?):

-user setup option (improved functionality to custom set up your car instead of being forced to pick an engine)
-ability to set real-time timing as a total value, rather than a +- adjustment
-knock retard functionality added
