Greg's car is not running UTEC.

Larger exhaust piping than what's currently on his car for extended use.

and I still say that doesn't justify needing a GT42R on the street.

a GT40R would still make 1000whp and for basically useless power on the street (unless he drives around on slicks every day)

The GT4202 was selected to achieve a given goal. There was a number that this car is designed to hit. Not there yet but should be soon enough.

Im coming from the Honda world so I may have a different view but... We run GT40 and GT42 all the time in BIG boost street cars. GT40 will make 700whp+ GT42R is considerably more. Reving to 9-10k rpm but still only 2.0ltr low compression. You have to put a HP goal out there in order to pick a turbo, also you need to know how much boost you plan to run as these turbos are not efficent at low levels.

I'm interested in maybe a high quality single turbo kit with GT technology..I'm still thinking it would be best to run a intake manifold that goes straight forward towards the front of the car and have the piping connect form the IC there. Save on piping (literally none). Not sure on what to do with the exhaust manifold situation...Thats still up in the air for best flow
